At Edinburgh airport, we provided all extract (including ductwork), pipework, electrical and plumbing. At Luton airport we provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing services; in both instances working alongside other contractors.

Building Maintenance
In addition to undertaking scheduled and reactive building maintenance services to many clients, ThermaCell attends the lounges of a client at airports across the UK to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits. To ensure the longevity, efficiency and reliability of equipment, regular maintenance is of paramount importance.
What we do
We provide a full range of maintenance of the following:
Working closely with our client to maintain their airport lounges, an assessment is also undertaken to ascertain the general condition of the lounges. If immediate work is required, we liaise directly with the client to obtain approval to continue; alternatively a quote can be provided for the less essential work to be undertaken at a planned future date. Working this way is cost effective for the client, by reducing the number of visits to site.
We are familiar with airport pass procedures, P2W/CCRU systems for contractors and the general workings of airport security.
